Historical Information, Not a Prediction

MakeItBy compares scheduled flights using recent historical arrival performance. It does not predict the exact departure or arrival time of a future flight and does not use all day-of-travel information.

Travel Decisions

You remain responsible for your travel choices and for checking current airline, airport, weather, security, and transportation information. Allow enough time for baggage claim, ground travel, event entry, connections, and other needs that MakeItBy does not cover.

No Booking or Fare Service

MakeItBy does not sell tickets, confirm seat availability, quote fares, or create a reservation. Schedule information can change after a search is completed.

Schedule Data

MakeItBy uses Cirium schedule data to resolve the flights you submit. Schedule information can change, and provider data may be incomplete or unavailable. MakeItBy uses that schedule information as an input to its own deadline-reliability comparison and does not resell the underlying Cirium data.

Comparison Credits

If paid comparison credits are offered during the beta, credits apply only to successful comparisons under the current product rules. A failed or unavailable comparison does not intentionally consume a user credit.

Credits purchased while signed in can be accessed from another device by verifying the same email address. Guest credits remain tied to the browser until they are linked to an account. Signing in from a browser that already has separate purchased credits may require contacting support so no balance is lost.

Paid comparison-credit purchases are currently offered only to U.S. customers. Stripe collects a U.S. address during Checkout to confirm paid-beta eligibility. No physical product is shipped.

Refunds and Credit Problems

If a comparison-pack purchase was made by mistake, you may request a full refund within 14 days if none of the paid credits from that purchase have been used. Once a paid credit from the pack has been used, the pack is generally nonrefundable except for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, technical failures that prevent delivery of the purchased credits, or when a refund is required by law.

If a successful payment does not add the purchased credits, or if a technical failure incorrectly consumes a credit without returning a useful comparison, MakeItBy may restore the affected credit or issue a refund as appropriate.

Taxes

MakeItBy may calculate or collect transaction taxes where required by applicable law. Any tax charged will be shown during checkout before payment. The current comparison-credit checkout does not add automatic tax unless MakeItBy has deliberately enabled collection for an applicable registered jurisdiction.

Service Availability

The site, supported routes, data sources, and comparison methods may change as the product is updated. Comparisons can also be unavailable when schedule providers or other required services are unavailable.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Historical results are not a promise that a selected flight will arrive by your deadline. Cancellations, diversions, weather, air-traffic restrictions, maintenance, and other events can produce a different outcome.
